Code of Conduct 1. Guild Spirit & Member Profile - Help each other out and be supportive. - Answer each others questions. - Join in and do things together. - Don't be selfish or greedy. - Devotion to the guild. * Members who don't fit this profile may be warned by the officers, without improvement members may be kicked. 2. Language - The rules for language apply to the forums, the in-game channels and TeamSpeak. - The official language on the forums and in all in-game channels is English. - Use the in-game channels for their primary goal. - Keep spam to a minimum. * Members who continuously break these rules may be warned by the officers, without improvement members may be kicked. 3. Tone of Voice and Behaviour - Keep your tone civil. - Keep profanity to a minimium. - Racism, sexism and abusive discrimination is not tolerated. - We expect a certain degree of maturity. - These rules apply also when speaking to non-guildmembers. * Members that break those rules may be kicked at any time by the officers. No warning is needed. 4. Raiding - Members are expected to join official raids if online on raid nights. - When invites start members should be on their main character and at the entrance of the instance. - Members should be prepared and bring everything they need in order to raid. - Notify the waiting list holder at least 30 min before leaving a raid. - Members should have installed TeamSpeak - While on TeamSpeak you have your microphone muted unless you are allowed to speak. - Members should have installed the appropriate add-ons or mods for their class. - Instancess on a reset cycle that are part of our raid schedule are the property of the guild. This means your not allowed to raid these outside official guild raids. * Members who continuously break these rules may be warned by the officers, without improvement members may be kicked. 5. Attendance - Members that expect to be offline for more then 1 week are required to post such in the Leave of Absence topic on the forum. * Inactive members that have not posted may be kicked at any time by the officers. No warning is needed. 6. Applying to Another Guild - Applying to join another guild is the same as quiting Conviction. - Notify the officers that you have applied and then leave the guild. * Members that don't give a notification will be kicked by the officers. Failure to inform the officers may result in being blacklisted. |
